What This Service Does

This tool analyzes text you submit and provides AI-generated feedback about tone, clarity, and potential interpretation issues. It's meant to help you think about your messages before sending them.

What This Service Does NOT Do

  • Not professional advice: This is not a substitute for legal, HR, or professional communication consulting
  • Not guaranteed accurate: AI makes mistakes, misses things, and sometimes gives bad advice
  • Not a final review: Always use your own judgment before sending important messages

AI Limitations

The analysis is generated by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). This service does not control, create, or guarantee the AI responses.

Please understand: The AI analysis may:

  • Miss problems in your text
  • Flag things that are actually fine
  • Give inconsistent or contradictory feedback
  • Occasionally produce incorrect or nonsensical results

The AI feedback is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own messages and decisions. Do not rely solely on AI feedback for important communications.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you submit for analysis
  • Ensuring you have the right to analyze any content you submit
  • How you use or act on any feedback provided
  • Any messages you send after using this service

You agree not to:

  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Try to circumvent rate limits
  • Abuse the service

Rate Limits

Free usage is limited to 5 analyses per day. This resets every 24 hours.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

If you use your own API key:

  • You pay your own API costs
  • You must follow your provider's terms
  • Keep your key secure - this service is not responsible if it's compromised

No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" without any warranties. There are no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

This service is provided free of charge as a personal project. Given the no-cost nature of this service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, liability is limited as follows:

  • No liability is accepted for the content, accuracy, or consequences of AI-generated feedback
  • No liability is accepted for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • No liability is accepted for any consequences from messages you send after using this service
  • No liability is accepted for actions taken by third-party AI providers
  • Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service (£0)

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

These terms may change, or the service may be shut down, at any time. Continued use means you accept any changes.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If there is a dispute, please try to resolve it via email first. If that fails, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
